Re-Clean Policy
• If you notice any areas that were missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
• We will re-clean the reported areas at no additional cost to you.
How to Report an Issue
To request a re-clean:
1. Email us at hello@classclean.co.uk or call us at 0800 009 6196 within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment.
2. Provide details about the issue and, if possible, include photos to help us understand your concern.
Limitations
• Re-clean requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible.
• The guarantee applies only to the specific areas and tasks outlined in the original booking.
• Properties that were not in a reasonable state for cleaning or require deep cleaning services beyond standard tasks may not be covered.
• Re-cleans do not cover issues caused by clutter, personal items, or maintenance-related repairs.
